The campsite rules of Wildbach Camping are part of these T&C and are attached as an appendix.
2. Contract Conclusion
With a booking request (via booking tool, email or phone) aimed at a reservation, the guest makes a binding offer. A mere availability inquiry does not constitute an offer. Arrival is possible on the arrival day between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (Fridays and Saturdays until 6:00 PM). Later arrival is possible on selected days (e.g., holiday weekends).

The booked pitch must be left in proper condition without rubbish or abandoned items upon departure.
Rental accommodations must be returned tidy, without rubbish and without major soiling; final cleaning is carried out by the operator.
Early departure does not entitle to a refund.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices listed in the booking tool at the time of booking apply. No deposit is required for tourist stays and rental accommodations. Payment is made upon check-in on site (cash or card). Additional services such as electricity or late check-out are charged separately.

CL Schmitz GmbH is only liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence. In case of injury to life, body or health, it is also liable for simple negligence according to statutory provisions.
No liability is assumed for theft, loss or damage to guests' personal belongings, unless the damage is due to intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the operator. Natural events (e.g., falling branches, wildlife, weather) are also not subject to operator liability.
Parents are liable for their children; pet owners are liable for their animals.
The use of vehicles provided at the campsite (e.g., pedal cars, bobby cars) is at your own risk. Parents must supervise their children when using these vehicles.
7. Use of Fire Pits
The use of fire pits is only permitted after prior registration at the reception.
Only firewood provided or expressly approved by the campsite may be used to ensure that the wood is sufficiently dry and sparks are avoided as much as possible.
Open fire is only allowed in designated fire pits or fire bowls. Guests must ensure that no sparks fly and that flammable materials are kept at a sufficient distance. Fire must be constantly supervised during the entire burning time. Personal fire pits may not be brought or used.
Before lighting a fire, guests must inform themselves about the nearest fire extinguisher or firefighting option. Instructions from the Wildbach Camping team must be followed.
In case of increased fire risk (e.g., prolonged drought, high forest fire level), the use of fire pits may be prohibited at any time.

The campsite rules are part of these T&C and are attached as an appendix.
